Do you offer a warranty?Yes, we have a 2-year Craftsmanship Warranty that fully covers the cost of any repairs needed due to the construction of the fence or gates, such as loose boards, hardware, or posts, and defective gates. This warranty does not cover warping wood or damage due to weather or other forces. Our vinyl products come with a 20-year limited warranty.

Are you licensed and insured?Yes, we are fully insured under a broad commercial policy. We do not have a Contractor’s License, as it’s not required for fencing in the state of South Carolina.

Do I need to get a permit?Permits are not necessary for most residential fences that are under 7-feet tall. Some cities, such as Spartanburg, Lyman, Duncan, and Wellford, do require a City License and Zoning Compliance applications prior to installation.

Do you submit paperwork to my HOA?Most HOAs do not allow the contractor to submit the architectural request paperwork on the homeowner's behalf, but we can help prepare the documents for you. We will send you a drawing of the fence layout and can help you complete the architectural request form. Please inform us if you live in an HOA neighborhood and need help submitting the request.

Do you offer financing?Yes, we offer financing through an external lender. When you receive a quote from us, there will be an option to apply for financing.

What type of wood do you use?We use pressure-treated pine wood for all wood construction. We also offer cedar.

How long will installation take?Most residential fences are completed within 2-3 days, depending on size. We do not start on another project until finishing the one prior.

Do I need to put in a notice with 811 to have underground utility lines marked, or will you take care of that?We put in a notice with 811 about two weeks prior to every installation to have public utility lines marked.

Can I connect to my neighbor’s fence?Yes, if your neighbor doesn’t mind! We won’t physically attach to your neighbor’s fence, but we can build right up to it and close up any openings

Do you use concrete to install the fence posts?Yes, all posts are cemented under ground, with the exception of posts that are driven under ground, such as steel posts or chain link posts.

Do you clean up dirt after digging for fence posts?Yes, we either dispose of the dirt in your preferred location, or take it with us when we leave.
